I guarantee a 30-days free warranty and within this period, if any of the side stones lost or loose, I'll send you a new side stone to set on or you can send me back the ring and I'll help to do that. If the center stone is loosened, you can send both the stone and the setting to me. Alternatively, you can have it set by the local jeweler.
For the second time, you lost the side stones as well as the expiration of the warranty, I'm afraid that you will have to pay for the replacement costs.
