....My private Veselka Commissar now available for your fur baby. This was originally made for my baby Marlon last year. I held off listing this coat because it is rather a complicated coat to make. But I have had so many requests to list this on our daily walks in London that I have decided to make a few each month.
You will not find a more detailed luxury coat. Let me explain why this leather rain coat takes so long to make, I will also reveal how long most dog coats take to make you will be surprised!

The first reason this is a complicated winter coat is that I designed this for Marlon's comfort to be his special coat, much the same as our luxury Harris Tweed it was not designed with production in mind. Nearly all dog coats are cut by machine in one piece just look on Etsy and you will be able to see most dog coats are embellished 1 part coats. The reason for this is to keep production time down to about 15 to 30 mins each coat. This leather rain coat on the other hand is cut by hand myself the old fashioned way in 4 pieces and was specially shaped to curve around Marlon's back. Faux Sheepskin is stitched on the inside and then adjustable buckles are added to allow adjustment of the slope fitment around the back. Long story short the "Commissar" takes 1 offers to 2 days to make each part crafted by hand by myself to fit your dogs exact measurements. I cannot make many a month because its impossible to make this and the harness and puppy sets as well.
This small dog coat is designed as a semi full winter coat its not as bulky as my Wool coats, but it will keep you fur baby snug and dry in the rain. In the mild to moderate winter months it will also keep your little one warm and the design is light enough so your baby can run about.

By the way a new luxury option is a name badge on the collar strap or side of the coat. The gold embossed name badge is a touch of class to make your little one stand out. You will not find it on any other coats, its a beautiful little touch for your special fur baby. HOW TO ORDER..
1. Any size custom made simply tell me your dogs neck and chest measurements at the widest point. Next tell me how long you want the coat from the base of your dogs neck.
2. Tell me the name for your name badge which is embossed gold lettering on a vegetable leather strip sewn onto the collar strap or side of the coat.
