Welcome to English Shop and this listing for an antique French wooden bread board. Baguette is placed on the board and the attached blade used to slice it. Beautiful wear into board from many decades of use of the blade.

Materials: wood, iron, leather
Size: 24 x 10 x 2.5 inches. Heavy 2.85 kg... (expensive to ship as a result)
Condition: in antique condition, wear commensurate with age, needs a good clean, leather strap hanging strap replaced at some point and you may consider re-working this, signs of long-gone woodworm

In summary: Lovely piece of chunky worn French rustic kitchenware... it will be on display in our kitchen until sold!
