◊ HOW TO MOUNT THE STAND
You start screwing a metal stick to the upper (smallest) plate (but not till the end, leave it a little bit wobbly), then you put legs and plates by turns, and in the end, put circle metal thing between the wood and female screw. Finally, you screw a female screw tight. Done!

We accept ancellation until an item is shipped. Once it is shipped, a cancellation cannot be done.

◊ DAMAGED PARCEL ARRIVED
In case of crumpled and/or damaged parcel arrived, recipient on receipt has to open it to check if an enclosure arrived safely intact. If it is also damaged, a recipient has to draw up a reclamation straight away and take some pictures of a damaged package and enclosure to be able to apply for a refund.
Pictures and statement should be sent to me for further investigation and for reimbursement offers by the Post Office. Otherwise, we won't be able to refund any expenses as the transport company is the only responsible entity for delivery and related damages, in that case, the Post Office.
