Vintage NWTS Russ plush Teddy Roosevelt Bear. This is the smaller version that measure about 8 1/2". This has never been displayed, has different coloring toward the top of the head which is just the fabric being of different coloring and this is how most of these bears are, they are brown with a reddish tint on the tops of their heads, I also have the 15" version and its offers fabric is the same way..
