Console is tested and working. No damage, no scratches to speak of, console looks good and is in good physical condition. There may be some light scratches somewhere on offers the console but they're negligible. No real damage to speak of. Console wifi does not work. I believe the wifi chip has burned out and needs to be replaced. I know the console was working because prior to doing the factory reset I was able to test it out. The problem is that without the wifi the console can't connect to the Nintendo servers so you can't do updates or play online unless you have a LAN adapter. You won't be able to set the console up without connecting to Nintendo so if you want to use this console you will need a LAN adapter. Console would be great for parts or repair. Comes with the yellow soft shell case and the animal crossing zip up case you see in the images. The yellow soft shell case has a couple stickers on it and there was a name written inside, I drew over the name with a sharpie. See images.
