Explore West London in this illustrated map of Hammersmith and Fulham.
To create this map I interviewed locals to find out their favourite places to eat, jog, watch football or take their children after school - and then explored on foot, sketchbook in hand.
This map is a celebration of the diversity and richness of culture in this awesome area of offers London.
