My first attempt at no longer using drawstring but making true zipper and waistband... being summer i decided this cactus quilt blanket with 'be cool' Lama's would do the trick... went all out with pockets... even pleated the cargo ... gave them that vintage extra length you no longer see on shorts plus it gave me space to add cargo pockets... they are not perfect but im still reall proud of results... stitches are a bit wavy... belt loops a bit loopy... but overall a super sweet upcycle... 32" waist with 14" inseam and lots of middle room with 13" rise..
