Vintage fancy hat, 1950s black velvet beret rimmed in plumes offers of black feathers. A sculptural tam hat, with attached mesh face veil and bow, inserted into it is a clear, large lucite hat pin. Similar to a Calot or Juliet hat, with a small brim.
The large, etched lucite and metal hat pin is not part of the hat, but included for sale with the hat.
Approximate 20" interior circumference at band.
