Romana is off to Mr. McGregor's garden hoping to catch a glimpse of Peter Rabbit, himself. She's carrying her favorite book and plans to sit under the apple tree and read while she waits! You can read it, too......if you look carefully inside thetiny book she offers holds, you'll find bits of an old children's book about a curious rabbit.
I've embellished her with a miniature scrabble tile and letter bead, each with the letter "R" (of course).
She's been created with vintage wooden blocks, a vintage wooden spool and antique doll parts unearthed behind old doll factories in Germany that operated from 1890-1920. And those wooden blocks? Naturally, they feature a rabbit and the letter "R". Ramona's a cute little blonde with blue eyes and rosy cheeks.
She stands just 7" tall and sports wings of rusty wire.
