Your photo will need to be high resolution and full size for maximum quality. By sending me a photo, you agree that you have exclusive rights to use it. I will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. It is illegal for me to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photographer or company that holds the copyright. By submitting me the the photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have the permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder. You also agree to to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold me liable for any misuse of copyrighted images. If there are watermarks anywhere on the photo, you will be asked for a “print release” before your file is sent.
DIGITAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:
You will receive a single printable file in JPEG format e-mailed to your account associated with Etsy. It will be high resolution (300 dpi).
Your proof will be sent to you within 4 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional $25.00 (proof will be sent out within 24 hours). Once you approve the proof, the final invitation will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of these products, absolutely no refunds will be given. If the necessary information is not received to complete your order within 15 days business days, invoice will be marked completed.
