- To send you the full refund for the product with INSURACE in case of lose by mail, I have to see in track and trace that it was not delivered 3 months after delivery.

-To send you the full refund for the damaged product with INSURANCE, you have to send me 2 pictures of the damaged product within 3 days of when it was delivered. After this 3 days, I will not consider it anymore a damage during the transportation so I will nor give you the refund.

- In case that the package is insured and is lost or damaged during the delivery I will make you a 100% refund for the value of the products but not for the sending costs. If the damaged product is part of a set I will refund only the cost of the damaged product, not for all set.

- If the package disappears from your mailbox after it has been delivered, even it was insured, it is not my responsibility in any way.

- I deliver all the products in max 5 working days from the purchase from The Netherlands with POST NL. I can't guarantee the time of arrival at the destination.
