Just as if found at the bottom of a mermaid's curio cave, it Glows blue, green and violet every night for ten hours after being exposed to sunlight. The glow will never fade and is waterproof for all your mermaid needs. The fascinator is eleborate with scrollwork etching adding a delightful touch to this piece.
