Papers/Inks

We use archival premium luster photo paper and pigmented inks that will last for years.

Multi inks color process. Up to 2400 x 1200 dpi. Our professional printers have over 12 color channels for vibrant color photos. Even black and white photos art stunning with deep blacks and detailed gradations.


Print Mounting

Gatorboard

Gatorfoam is more durable made offers up of a foam core sandwiched between two pieces of wood fiber veneer. It's very rigid material and the extra strength that will not warp over time due to humidity. It's worth the extra money. Most people choose this item and hang the photos as is directly on the wall with removable adhesive picture hangers (not included).

Upload photo / artwork

After the order has been purchased and received you will receive a message with instructions on how to send us your file for printing. The faster we receive your files the faster we can print and ship out your project.

We accept most types of files including .psd, .ai, .indd, .cdr, .tif, .jpeg, .pdf, .bmp, .gif

Vector vs. Raster -
Vector artwork is an image created of points of paths. Like an illustrator artwork. exp. .ai
Raster artwork is an image created of many pixels. Like a photoshop file. exp .jpg

Guidelines for best results.
Artwork must be submitted at actual size of finished product and at least 300 dpi.
All fonts must be converted to outlines/paths.
All placed/linked images must be embedded or included separately.
All images must include the required bleed if necessary.
A color copy or .jpg indicating cut should be submitted for reference.
All spot colors converted to process.

*If you have a file that is too small or not great quality we can do our best to improve it before we print. I have stepped up many photos over my time of doing this to get the best image results we can. Please keep in mind we do our best to improve your photos resolution but we can not reproduce the original image. If you have a 2" x 3" photo and you want printed 13" x 19". We can only do so much to improve the photo there will be some pixelation (blurriness).


Production

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
Normal turn around after we receive your file is three-four business days.
We strive for two days. Revisions have the biggest effect on turn around times.

We do need bleed 1/4 inch is needed for a clean edge. 1/4 inch will be removed around the edge if necessary.

*If design assistance is needed. You are given three revisions for free after that additional charges may apply.


Shipping

Prints only are shipped in a tube for maximum protection.
Mounted prints are shipped flat.
USPS First Class or Priority shipping is what we use to ship.
Shipping rates are live from USPS system pricing.
Tracking will be sent thru the Etsy system and view-able thru Etsy orders.

If there is a damaged product please contact us and keep all packaging. There may be an inspection by the post office. We will file a claim and we will get you a replacement as soon as possible.
