Birthday Celebration, BK, Blonde, NRFB, HTF, Madame Alexander, 8" Doll, Sealed Original Accessories, Box, Wrist Tag has good condition box with nice overall shape and finish, with nice flat top. The doll was originally purchased at Matilda, with their sticker on the box base back. Restringing was not needed due to proper care/storage. (NOTE; Doll descriptive details in 2nd paragraph). Hair retains original set and hairnet. Clear plastic accessory bag is still sealed and attached to box liner. It contains a MA logo shopping bag and MA doll box with little doll inside. I could barely peek inside to verify the doll is in there, because of the bag being sealed. Everything about this 8" doll is as new, and she is in original configuration, having never been removed from her box. Dress has no flaws, all sequins are intact, undergarments, shoes and shoe soles are exemplary. She ism increasingly hard to find as new old stock and never displayed. MY MISSION: I provide a doll for you that is fully ready for display on arrival at your home, beautiful and sturdy. Any flaws I detect which I could not remedy offers will be documented in the listing and doll priced accordingly. I keep extensive computer files on each listing with doll and box images.)The boxes, being the original homes for the dolls, are in variable condition, dependent on the original owner's care and storage. I will always mention box condition with the listing, or sleep eyes that open manually.
MY PROCESS: I remove from the box to re-style the hair and inspect/correct for anything that might be remiss. I feel this step is more important than listing "never removed from box." I do sometimes leave everything as original when I confirm new condition. My patrons will know there will be no loose snaps, no tangled locks, damaged apron strings, no fragile, weakened rubber bands, ( I re-string when needed) no stained or faded clothing or problems with undergarments, no necklaces trapped in the neck or tresses. I restring with elastic cord, the preferred archival choice of "doll doctors."
