Very rare vintage shaker produced by Alessi for the Italian airline Alitalia.
On the bottom, in addition to the Alessi - Inox 18/10 - Italy brand, there is also the Alitalia logo since for several years Alessi products have been purchased by the company for service on board. The line resulting from this collaboration was called Avio.
The steel cobbler shaker, mod. 870.50, composed of 3 pieces, was one of the first Alessi projects entrusted to external designers, Carlo Mazzeri and Luigi Massoni, and is still in production offers since 1957.
Excellent vintage condition with very slight signs of use.
