I don't use these much so I'm selling them. (I have 2 pairs, one for living room and one for bedroom but I rarely ever watch offers TV in the living room with them on anymore) All original parts. There's a tiny tear in one of the the small cushions and hairline crack in the middle that I made early on in owning these (see photos please) These are better than any pair of Bose headphones that I've had. I highly recommend them. The sound is awesome, better than a surround system because of the noise cancellation. I've never experienced any static or problems with them. They're about $200 new so I think this is an excellent deal. Make me an offer.
