If you have an allergy to bees, then this product may not be suitable for you. Please ask your doctor if you're unsure. If you put a little dab of the Busy Bee Honey Cream on your skin and it turns red, then you shouldn't use the cream, especially if you have anaphylactic reactions to bee stings. Simply wash the cream off your skin. Any redness will be temporary.

Busy Bee Honey Cream is a natural product, and as a result, there will be slight variations in colour and texture between batches of cream. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the product. We use natural honey in our cream, and variations occur within batches of honey-based upon several factors that include harvest times, and the various plants the bees gather nectar from. Variations in consistency mostly occur because of changes in temperature.

When products are shipped, the environments that they move through are beyond our control. This is why you may have a jar that's slightly runnier, or less so, than a jar you may have previously purchased. It's totally fine to store your cream on the bathroom counter. It does not need to be refrigerated. Just be aware that a warm ambient temperature will result in thinner consistency cream.

Please notice that we print an expiration date on the side of the jar. We do this because there are no preservatives used in making the Busy Bee Honey Cream. All of our creams are made in small batches to ensure that you are getting the freshest product possible, but please be aware that it will not last indefinitely. Please love and use your cream within six months. If you notice any signs of deterioration, please throw out the remaining cream, and simply order some more. We're always making fresh batches!
