Blackwhite offers

This hand painted gourd was designed after a long night of talking with a friend. When you are far away and cannot say what you feel the words need to come out. This short poem was written first and the gourd was created to hold it. It is not a heavy item so it would not work as a bookend , but could go well offers on a bookcase or table


The unspoken words are loud
I long to speak them
They echo inside my head
The fear unknown binds my tongue
And makes the silence louder
