Up for your consideration is this antiquarian book, Cushing's manual by Luther S. Cushing, Rules of Proceedings and debate in deliberative Assemblies, 1859. Entered according to Act of Congress, in the year 1844 by Luther S. Cushing, In the Clerk's Office of the district Court of the District of Massachusetts.

Covers are worn, and minor damage on the binder yet both covers and pages are tight and in complete tack, with gild gold embossed title and florals in the center front. There's names written offers on the very 1st pasted down page and the very 1st blank page from 1860. There's foxing on some of the pages yet no writing, rips, tears, or repairs on any.

It is in very good USED antique condition. Comes from a smoke free home. This was one of my grandfathers books. Recycling is the way to go. Thanks for viewing. *All sales are final*
