Antique Edwardian French Souvenir of Nice - offers Painted Olive Wood Picture Frame | Daisy Daisies Floral Decoration

From Nice, France and dating to the early 1900s (Edwardian - Belle Epoque period) here's an Olive Wood picture frame that has been hand painted with violets and daisies. With its original glass intact as well as the easel, the frame is nice bit of Shabby chic decoration. I have no idea as to whether the painting has been done in oils or watercolors so please be careful when cleaning. Note: what is showing inside the frame is just a copy of a painting cut from a magazine - you can insert your own picture with no problem. The frame itself measures 5-7/8" x 4"; the image size is 3-3/8" x 1-7/8". Condition is very good with a lovely aged patina. There is paper residue from the price tag on the back. 2 humidity cracks in the back panel from travel. No chips or reglued pieces.
