Blue floral cotton waist band with hand crystallized blue crystals. Pink and white soft tule approximately mid thigh length. Requtangular diamond crystal plastic button for fastening. I made this from reusable materials and washable but best if hung to dry to preserve the life of the crystals. The waist band can be ironed if need be from the back side with care not to melt the offers tulle. Comfortable, colorful and loads of fun. You can use for a solo performance, music video shoots, protesting, burning man, festivals and many other fun occasions.
