Offers Stunning Fenton ruffled bowl, hand painted

This is a really nice Fenton art glass bowl. Hand painted on the blue inside. outside is a lovely offers white opaque. Has the ruffled edges, sometimes referred to as a Brides bowl. 4.5" tall and 10.5" wide at the top.
