1. Once purchased, please contact us via Etsy messenger and send us the photo you would like us to illustrate. I have to make sure it has suitable quality.
2. Let us know of any text/backgrounds/colours you may want included.
3. We will then get to work and send a proof over to you within 48 hours.
4. On a first proof, you can make as many changes as you like but this is the only time changes can be made.
5. We will then send you the digital PDF via email.

IMPORTANT
This is Digital Files only. This is sent to you by email or link immediately as High Quality Files in JPEG and PDF files.
This will take around 1-2 weeks until complete, let us know if you have an urgent order that you need sooner (Time may change depending on the number of orders received, I will contact you when your order is complete.)
