Alan Patrick Bethel Pike Potters Pottery Deep Plate Bowl Serving Dish Pie Plate hand Painted Floral Speckled Stoneware Art Studio Albany Indiana USA 1960-70s in very good pre owned 1960-70s vintage condition. Very well cared for. No chips or cracks. Signed by artist. Gorgeous piece of MCM USA made studio art stoneware pottery. Thick and heavy for its size. Hard to find item, from research this piece dates back to 60s-70s from few similar pieces found. Hand painted floral offers design with an Asian inspired vibe, double blue striped trim over earthy beige brown speckled stoneware pottery with a double rim. Satin glaze finish, bottom is unglazed. Multipurpose and very versatile piece. Use as a serving bowl, large individual pasta bowl, pie plate, etc. Bethel Pike Potters was a partnership between Alan Patrick and John Peterson in Albany, Indian USA. The art studio was in business until approx 2003 when they went their separate ways. I also have another similar piece from this collection, so ch.
