This planter looks a little older to me and what I mean by that is early 50s and perhaps earlier. The stamps are different the workmanship is not quite as elaborate as it was in the mid50s on. But what do I know, I'm not an expert. Just an obsessive collector. The fact that it does seem to be earlier means something to me… It may or may not to you.
This planter kind of looks like a mug, except for it being square. Santa forms the handle on the snow covered chimney and has a sack of toys over his back—very mug-like offers. I'm pretty sure it's not a mug, but he would fit right into your mug collection.

Santas boots have been repainted, there are some touchups and there is some paint loss on his face. No chips cracks or repairs. Stamped Napcoware and has the Napco seal.
