Die Wohnung besticht vor allem durch ihren offenen Altbau-Flair mit einer hohen Deckenhöhe und Parkettboden und Stuck im Wohnzimmer. Die großzügigen 75 qm verteilen sich auf Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche (geht vom Wohnzimmer ab), Balkon (geht vom Schlafzimmer ab), Flur und Badezimmer.
Neben dem Bett im Schlafzimmer lässt es sich super auf der gemütlichen Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen.
Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und es darf alles benutzt werden.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.
Ihr nutzt meine private Wohnung mit allen Sachen darin. Ihr dürft alles in der Wohnung benutzen, solange ihr es mit Sorgfalt behandelt. Fühlt euch wie zu Hause :)
Auf Anfrage könnt ihr zwei Schlüssel bekommen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist geprägt durch einen multikulturellen, jungen und lebhaften Flair: Auf der Hauptstraße hat man die Qual der Wahl zwischen den vielen arabischen Bistros und kleinen Lebensmittelläden. In den Nebenstraßen lassen sich zudem kleine Cafes und Bars entdecken.
Durch die Lage in der 3. Etage ist die Wohnung trotz ihrer zentralen Lage recht ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hof und ist sehr ruhig. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt.
Parkplätze findet man gut in den umliegenden Nebenstraßen.
Die Kaution für den Mietzeitraum beträgt 500 €.

The apartment captivates especially by its open old building flair with a high ceiling height and parquet flooring and stucco in the living room. The spacious 75 square meters are divided into living room, bedroom, kitchen (off the living room), balcony (off the bedroom), hallway and bathroom.
Besides the bed in the bedroom, it is great to sleep on the cozy couch in the living room.
The apartment offers everything you need and everything may be used.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
You use my private apartment with all things in it. You may use everything in the apartment as long as you treat it with care. Make yourselves offers at home :)
You can get two keys on request.
The neighborhood is characterized by a multicultural, young and lively flair: On the main street you are spoilt for choice between the many Arabic bistros and small grocery stores. In the side streets you can also discover small cafes and bars.
Due to its location on the 3rd floor, the apartment is quite quiet despite its central location. The bedroom faces the courtyard and is very quiet. From the living room and the kitchen you have a great view of the city.
Parking is easy to find in the surrounding side streets.
