Cover has marks & shelf wear. Backstrip & corners bumped & worn & backstrip faded. Back bottom corner has about 1/4" tear, board exposed. Spine somewhat loose. Text block soil. Hinge exposed pp 674-5 & some signatures beginning to pull. Horizontal ripple across pages & back fly leaf & paste down. Aside from that, pages good with light age tone & a few dogears. Front fly leaf & paste down lightly tanned & marked. Name & address of MD on 1st fly leaf.
