No scratches and clean. ** The DC jack is broken and the keyboard is no longer functional; no spills or drops caused it, it just stopped working and I've tried everything to fix it at home. An external keyboard does work with it. Touch screen and screen itself is still working and in great shape. I have upgraded and do not have the time to look into it, as the keyboard could be a fix once taken somewhere. Was originally purchased brand new on Best Buy for around $600, but open to offers.
